The relentless sun was quite exhausting. We took a break for a simple lunch at Cafe 1511.
The Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum is the restored home of a wealthy Peranakan family. Cafe 1511 is actually attached to the museum and used to be the servants' quarter.
Malaqa House is another heritage building on the strip. It sells antiques and knickknacks.
